I have found the case of the problem: noiz2sa does not respond to user
input when there is more than one keyboard in the system at launch time.
When I launch noiz2s with my USB keyboard plugged into my laptop, noiz2sa only
recognizes the escape key from either keyboard.
When I launch noiz2s without my USB keyboard plugged into my laptop, noiz2sa
runs fine.
If I plug in the USB keyboard after the game is launched, noiz2sa keeps running
fine and accepts input from either keyboard.
