IMNSHO it isn't, and I did the plan for that. The release of wesnoth 1.8 and the release of lucid just did hit each other at the wrong time, and I even had to fear that wesnoth 1.8 wouldn't get into lucid at all. This is the best I was able to do in that short timegap.
