Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: mountall
When you have NFS4 mounts in /etc/fstab, mountall fails and give you a
maintenance shell.
You then have to manually start dhclient and hit control-D. After that, boot
will proeed.
Conclusion: when there are network mounts in /etc/fstab, the network needs to
be up before
mountall.
I attach /etc/fstab.
