Binary package hint: software-center

errors have stared to occur in various programs after doing "house
cleaning"  dupe files had been removed, and now wanting to reinstall
apps so the error messages for the "dupe" files is gone.  obviously the
dupe file were not dupe and were needed in the location as they were.
been using Ubuntu for about a month, learning what can and cant be
deleted.
