Mike, Re #131: I tried the solution stated at the other bug-report but it doesn't work for me. First reboot after change already started in unknown runlevel without starting services like CUPS.
sudo start rc-sysinit at startup, worked for me but this cannot be the solution! Additionally, this command crushed my internet connection and I had to perform a restart of /etc/init.d/networking !? -- CUPS and other system services not starting at boot https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/554172 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
