The log says:

  debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by
another process: Recurso temporalmente no disponible

You have some other package management program running; I don't know
what.  You'll need to find it and close it (if all else fails, by
rebooting, although I appreciate that's suboptimal!).  This isn't a bug
in grub2, though.
