I find it very odd that this bug is given a low priority. I'm a big fan of Linux and I can live with it. However, I find it very uncomfortable to answer someone's question "Would I feel any inconvenience if I switched from Windows to Ubuntu?" Common, Open-Office is not just an application -- it's an essential tool for most people. If its' working very slow, or if it's causing problems for people to shutdown their computer, impression about Ubuntu remains as "some interesting experiment" or "maybe after ten years it's worth trying". -- [ooo-build] OOo QuickStarter: unable to shutdown / reboot / logout when quickstarter is active https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/562027 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
