This is not a bug in language-selector.
Please check if you have kdelibs5-data installed on your sytem and which
program installed that package. That should be the culprit.
If kdelibs5-data is installed, the KDE language-packs are going to be installed
by language-selector. The other packages are dependencies of some other program
you have installed.
