hello, what is exactly the output of ls-l? what should I do? 1)the first time I saw a report in the var file i couldn't open it. there was a lock and I didn't have the right to open 2)I had to restart the pc and the report file is gone. I should have saved it I guess 3) since then each time I start the pc I run sudo apport hoping to see again a report file. the pc crashed several times but I've never seen again the report in the var file.
