Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: update-manager
Here's how the bug is reproduced:
1) When update-manager is downloading new updates, right click on its button in
the program list at the bottom panel of the screen and make it move to a new
workspace. The update-manager window simply minimizes, but the download status
window stays right there.
2) Now, move Update manager out of focus, for example, press Ctrl+Alt+D to
minimize all programs and show the desktop.
3) Right click on the update-manager button on the program list at the bottom
panel of the screen, and move it to a new workspace, and it works.
This correct behaviour is that right click and move to different desktop
should work regardless of whether the application is in focus or not.
