Problem seems corrected with kernel 2.6.34-020634 and 2.6.32-23-generic . To be sure I tested it a few minuts ago again with 2.6.32.22.36, (witch made the problmes reported first) and could reproduce the problem. So it seems that the error is corrected in current versions. Thanks for your help.
