Kubuntu Dapper 6.06 LTS up-to-date (as of Aug 6th, 2006)
Steps to reproduce:
* Open systemsettings
* Open the "Desktop" icon
* Close systemsettings with the X on top right corner
Always reproductible
Note: french version of Kubuntu, did not try with english or other
