Binary package hint: dvd+rw-tools
dvd+rw-tools-7.1-6, Kubuntu 10.04.
(See bug 600770). Specifying --use-the-force-luke=dao for BD-R burn
yields same error as without:
/dev/sr1: closing session
:-[ CLOSE SESSION failed with SK=5h/INVALID FIELD IN CDB]: Input/output error
Under disk-at-once mode, it should not be trying to close the session at all.
growisofs_mmc.cpp: bd_r_finalize() contains no test for is_dao: compare
minus_r_finalize().
