More information : when passing the parameter "acpi_backlight=vendor" to the
kernel at boot time, user can change luminosity by using the "fn" key on the
keyboard ("light+" and "light-").
However, dmesg continues in sending errors and GNOME light applet cannot be
used to set luminosity.
