Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubiquity

I just installed Ubuntu 10.10 alpha2. During installation I notived that
when choosing the timezone the current time was displayed as "00:00",
which was definitely wrong. However, now Ubuntu is running and GNOME is
showing the correct time.
