Tested it under Ubuntu 10.4 with Gnome and
mupen64plus_1.5+dfsg1-7build1. It is there under Applications -> Games
-> Mupen64Plus.
By the way, the ubuntu stable maintainers still haven't synced the
bugfix for mupen64plus' rice on some cards with long glstrings. #575968
