I was running one required test on a different protocol when I noticed
that the test took a long time to run. Digging into it I found that
euca-describe-volumes execution time seems to increase with # of volumes
created.
Eucalyptus 1.6.2, Maverick. Happens as well on Eucalyptus 1.6.2 Lucid.
