Please sync searchandrescue 1.0.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
New upstream release and fixes a serious debian bug.

* Replaced dh_clean -k with dh_prep and bump compat to 7.
* Upstream has added SDL sound support. Adding new build-depends.
Added #define in sound.h to force SDL sound.
* Added Jesse Smith's name to copyright file.
* Added simple patch to use joystick via SDL if available. (Patch
sent to upstream for inclusion.) Added comment in README.
