Binary package hint: seahorse

After upgrading for Ubuntu 9.10 to 10.04 I am unable to change, copy or export
passwords using seahorse 2.30.0
after selecting a key --> properties --> show password I am unable to edit, the
password , backspace moves the cursor to the start of the password, delete
doesn't work, the passwords appear to be read only.
Creating a new keyring and passwords are created but again are unable to be
edited.
export and copy menu items are disabled (grayed out).

~.gnome2/keyring/login.keyring file permissions are set to 600
