Hello, Thank you for your attention.
I'm working with Lucid Lynx now. I've made some tests of Gnome-Sound-Recorder yesterday and today, but both tests ended up with a crash, but not in the same way as under Karmic Koala. Please look at the files .png attached that shows the new behaviour. First, the messages I've got from the application. With both tests, I had endless pop-ups of these messages. I have to force the application to quit. Then, a screen shot of my desk and another one showing that not only does the application crashes, but that it causes Pulse to disconnect from the audio-card, ending up with no sound at all from my PC !!! Please beware that I will not be home for 3 good week. Here's what the command lspci gives : 00:00.0 Host bridge: VIA Technologies, Inc.
