Interesting, seems like a rendering problem in yelp (the help browser)
and I have had something similar happen because I was using a different
language before. For the time being you can see all the help docs here
[1] until we fix the issue :) Also for all the people experiencing this
problem, just as prelimenary do:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
