Rationale: needed to fix bug #562130 and bug #263822 relating to RTL language support in Terminal. this package is needed for installing Mlterm when a user chose to install RTL language support this package is the best terminal to support RTL langauges as the default with ubuntu "vte (gnome terminal) does not.
