The problem is back. Just installed Kubuntu 10.04 yesterday, completely
updated. Ran this:

kvm -m 1023 -hda xp-64-clean.qcow2 -cdrom isos/xp-64.iso -boot d -cpu
qemu64 -net nic,model=ne2k_pci -net user -redir tcp:2222:22

And it gave me this:

"Could not open option rom 'pxe-ne2k_pci.bin': No such file or
directory"

I downloaded the rom file and placed that in /usr/share/kvm and the
problem went away. But that shouldn't be necessary.

** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu)
