What is the bug? Does it crash or render incorrectly or does wine just
show those verbose errors when you start a program from a terminal?
Mach64 has no accelerated 3D support and uses the software rasterizer.
This is not a bug in -ati but instead one in mesa or wine depending on
what the problem is.
