Public bug reported:

Almost every time my ubuntu system is upgraded I loose a keyboard
setting: in gnome-keyboard-setting, the 4th tab, mouse from keyboard,
"control pointer using numeric keypad" is set.

Every time I must go and deselect this setting, and it comes back the
next system upgrade.

I'm using lucid, but the bug is present since jaunty or before.

I dont' know what package I should have reported this bug, so I put
ubuntu-meta.
