Binary package hint: microcode.ctl
When installing the microcode.ctl package, the user is asked at high
priority (ie forced) whether to download microcode or not.
This has two implications:
- a user may not know if the microcode should be downloaded or not, eg if
another package installs this as a dependency
- when installing a big set of pakages (eg on a fresh install), the long
download-install process gets blocked by this package forcing the process to
stop on this question
