Actually if you scroll down to the bottom of config settings, there's an
"Apply" button that lets you generate the certificate, which gixes the
problem.

However, that only makes it break on the next step with "System
start/stop links for /etc/init.d/proftpd already exist." printed to the
console, and no changes in interface.
