Hi Philip, It seems that I only experience this bug for newer changes. For example, grub-pc has just been updated today:
$ aptitude changelog grub-pc Err Changelog of grub-pc E: Changelog download failed: 404 Not Found E: Couldn't find a changelog for grub-pc "aptitude changelog ubuntu-desktop" (not updated recently) works just fine.
