Hi Andrew, Sorry about the double charge. Please click on Help in the Ubuntu One Music Store. Then scroll down to the Contact Us area. You will find a link to contact 7digital customer service. Click the link, fill out the form (provide the order numbers as you have in this bug report), and the 7digital customer support team will contact you in a couple of business days to give you a refund. Did you click the payment button twice? Thanks.
