Although I didn't try the fix recommended, mostly because the problems seems to
have fixed itself again through an update, it is worth mentioning that there
was insufficient information in the fix to know exactly what to do. If help is
to be given it is very important to remember that the users need to know
step-by-step how to do what is recommended.
In any case, I have many thanks for the help given.
