I agree this message should not be seen by the user. if there is an iBus bug, 
it should just be solved. 
As an alternative, iBus should propose to test if it works, and if the user 
clicks on "it does not work", iBus should do automatically the changes ( that 
are currently suggested in the dialogue).

Furthermore, for information, the ubuntu-fr wiki says that the commands given 
in this dialogue don't work, and suggests to do instead the following commands:
cd /etc/alternatives
sudo rm xinput-all_ALL
sudo ln -s /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/ibus xinput-all_ALL 

(I did not test, as my iBus has no problem).
