@Andreas -- thanks for that. Yes we are not going to be able to back
out the .33 update as that is there to fix a great many other bugs. You
have confirmed that the bug is fixed in v2.6.34 and not in v2.6.33 so
you might consider a bisect across mainline there. There are some pre-
built kernels for the -rc's for v2.6.34 which would help to narrow it
down. These are found in the Mainline kernel repository:

We should first confirm that the v2.6.33 kernel does not work, and that
the v2.6.34 kernel does work. If that is true then try the middle -rc
(approximatly v2.6.34-rc4) and see how that fairs and then try the ones
in between as you have in your bisect.
