Binary package hint: casper
When booting with casper in Lucid, there are error messages on the
console resulting from ureadahead:
init: ureadahead-other main process (1775) terminated with status 4
init: ureadahead-other main process (1776) terminated with status 4
It seems we still have a file: /etc/init/ureadahead-other.conf which is
causing ureadahead to execute.
Please see proposed patch for at least one way to solve this issue.
