I don't actually have the machine anymore that was causing this issue (it was a work box and I've switched jobs). After the upgrade to 10 beta the issue resolved itself, I forgot to close the issue.
There is a new, unrelated bug that I'm going to file, but I won't reuse this ticket for that.
