with unity 0.2.18:
easy to reproduce with gtk-record-mydesktop:
1. open it, you should get a lot of items corresponding to the indicator
content if you rick click on the launcher
2. click anywhere to close the quicklist
3. right click again on the launcher
-> the menu is doubled
