Bug already exists. I tested on two ubuntu machines and remote WinXP. When I'm executing the command: rdesktop -A -s "C:\seamlessrdp\seamlessrdpshell.exe notepad" $WinXP_IP -u $user -p $password I'm seeing the full-screen windows desktop without the mentioned above application (notepad).
Windows' service "fast user switch" and "Welcome Screen" enabled.
