2 bugs here... please Marc report ONE problem for ONE bug...
the "Undefined kernel key code" is harmless and they are triggered by
/usr/bin/ckbcomp in package console-setup (please file a separate bug
but it's not a blocker)
The missing console is: init:/etc/event.d/ttyS0:13: Unknown stanza
it seems a recent change in upstart didn't update ttyS0 properly.
