Stephen, at Yorba we purchased a Kensington Ci75m Wireless Notebook Mouse, since this was the mouse mentioned in the log output from Rupert H. above. We have heard your plea and will reopen the ticket, though there may not be much we can do until we can reproduce the problem here. If I search Amazon for [kensington expert mouse] I see a bunch of results, so which mouse do you have, exactly? Could you additionally answer all the questions in Martin's comment #1 above? Thanks!
