Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor
when there is high overall cpu usage, in processes tab shown processes
get messed.
reproduce
open system monitor
in view select all processes with dependencies
open high cpu usage app
scroll using using either mouse wheel or by dragging scroll bar
move mouse pointer over process lines up and down
screen shot attached
