Public bug reported:
If I shutdown, usplash is expanded over the whole screen (1680x1050) and the
ubuntu logo looks ugly. Video expansion is disabled in the bios. If I start up,
everything is fine, but after starting X, the framebuffer consoles and usplash
are expanded over the whole screen. I have this behavior since I've upgraded to
kernel version 2.6.20-13-generic
I had not this behavior with kernel version 2.6.20-12-generic.
I have not this behavior if I use the nv driver instead of nvidia (both wit
2.6.20-13-generic and 2.6.20-12-generic.
I'm running ubuntu feisty beta.
