I'm seeing this with some NFS mounts I have defined as:
fileserver:/media/storage/1 /media/storage/1 nfs
nobootwait,users,bg,defaults 0 0
fileserver:/media/storage/2 /media/storage/2 nfs
nobootwait,users,bg,defaults 0 0
fileserver:/media/storage/3 /media/storage/3 nfs
nobootwait,users,bg,defaults 0 0

so I don't seem to have any of the options mountall should have issue
with AND I have bg already set. yet after boot NFS mounts are not
mounted and mountall uses 100% cpu.
