* Merge from debian unstable (LP: #606764), remaining changes:
- add 50fix_python26.patch to fix detection of python directories
in the configure-script.
- Build-depend on python-all-dev
* Renamed 50fix_python26.dpatch to 50fix_python26.patch and modified it
for get it working with quilt
