I believe I'm hitting the same bug, except in karmic (9.10)

The dialog comes up and asks me if I want to replace the existing file:
foo.flac. If I answer "Y", it does so and proceeds to the next file.
If at any of the tracks, I answer "N", I get an error message for every
remaining track to be extracted. I have two DVD drives on the system, it
doesn't matter which one the disk is in that I refuse to re-extract.

"Unable to locate encoding profile for mime-type"

I'd appreciate re-opening the case, the problem is very easy to
reproduce.
