Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: jetty
init.d script uses start-stop-daemon, which does not support setting
rlimits for the daemon it launches. Maybe it should be converted to
upstart job.
(There's a patch for start-stop-daemon in Debian BTS -- bug 302079)
