Binary package hint: udisks
It would be nice if there were some way for the user to tell udisks to
mount a removable device with write caching disabled-- roughly
equivalent to Windows' "Optimize for Fast Removal" option. HAL could
accomplish through specifying mount options in gconf, but there appears
to be no such way to accomplish this in udisks.
