    - DBus name change, s/WindowMenu/AppMenu/g
    - Adds fallback code in case indicator-appmenu applet is not available
      (and APPMENU_DISPLAY_BOTH is not set to 1), and for when the
      applet vanishes and reappears. (LP: #607285)

    - Added a conflicts for indicator-appmenu (<< 0.0.9)
    - Increased build depends version for dbusmenu and libgtk2.0-dev
    - Added explict Depends on libgtk2.0-0(>= 2.21.2-0ubuntu6)
