For a period of 6 hours, Lucid netboot installs were broken, because the
kernel installation would use one of the linux-meta packages for kernel
installation, but they depended on kernels which were not yet published.
This can be seen if you compare the publish time of 2.6.32.24.25 on
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-meta/+publishinghistory to
the publish time of 2.6.32-24.38 on
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+publishinghistory
This has already been resolved, in the sense that the dependent packages
are now present, but I'd like to make sure something is done to prevent
the linux-meta packages being pushed before the kernels they depend on
in the future. It breaks netboot installs, and can easily be prevented.
