** Description changed:

  2 comps eacg has only 1 lan port xubuntu 10.10 on both
  in comp 1 (witch has wifi) settings is made config share to other comps. in 
comp 2 is made automatic.
  when using router between then all works (plugings outgoing to router in and 
router out to comp 2 in)
  but if
  from comp 1 to comp 2 i use only 1 wire to share network then doesnt work 
doesnt show any wired network available. shows wired networks disconnected. but 
thats not true. 1 the same wire is plugged in both.
