Binary package hint: netbook-launcher

Some portion of netbook-launcher is missing... it happens a 70% of the
time.... it is odd. killing the app and re-launching it again fixes the
bug. It also causes gnome-panel to look all transparent, see NEW
reported bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-
panel/+bug/609385) and it screenshots....
