Binary package hint: gjs
Simply put:
In maverick the newest libgjs0_0.7-0ubuntu2 depends on xulrunner-1.9.2 (>=
1.9.2.7) and xulrunner-1.9.2 (<= 1.9.2.8~).
However, newest xulrunner-1.9.2 version is 1.9.2.8+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu1.
This is a conflict: if you have installed newest xulrunner, you cannot install
libgjs0 (part of gnome-shell)
or if you have gnome-shell installed, you cannot install newest xulrunner.
The dependency in libgjs0 should be only (>=1.9.2.7) to prevent some
kind of dependency hell from happening each time xulrunner is upgraded.
PS. In a PPA Gnome Shell Testing of Rico Tzschichholz the dependies are
correct.
